Mr. Ketterman's home inspection fee is absolutely phenominal at $425.00. I would recommend Roger 1000%! Not only is he a great inspector but he’s a great guy all around. I would definitely recommend when your buying a house to go in with him while he does the inspection, you will learn so much about your future home from him.
